Sierra Meservey is a first year Intermedia MFA Graduate student. She graduated in with a B.A. in Art with a concentration in Drawing from the University of Maine at Augusta in 2015. Sierra is a performance artist who works with a range of mediums including fiber, glass, paint, and even common household items.
The Innovative Media Research & Commercialization Center (IMRC) and the Intermedia MFA program, on the campus of the University of Maine, is excited to announce its Spring 2016 artist lecture series, known as Tuesdays at the IMRC, which will feature visiting artists of various mediums, faculty presentations, and movie nights.
The University of Maine is now accepting applications for UMaine system’s only program of it’s kind, the Intermedia MFA program. The IMFA is a unique MFA graduate program that seeks to provide students with advanced study and practice in interdisciplinary art.
